How the mighty have fallen: Erotica LA was barely one third the square footage it once occupied. It’s sad to see such a great show struggle. Five years ago the entire LA Convention Center’s main hall was filled with a palpable excitement as the adult industry pushed forward into the mainstream heart of LA’s population. Now, with the porn industry struggling and the economy hurting every sector of the adult industry, AVN’s flagship consumer show seems destined for swap-meet status.
Product Love: We continue to try new sexy things, yet keep returning to our trusty old Eroscillator Top Deluxe when we just have to hit that Big O. That doesn’t mean we don’t love our Lelo Gigi, My Maple Cookie tea, or Tantus Stroker; indeed, anything that puts us in the correct mindset to hit the bedroom should be applauded. We were a bit disappointed by Hustler’s “Star Trek” parody, though we’re looking forward to “Not Happy Days XXX,” which just arrived.
