Synopsis:
Whether you
are a sexual neophyte, in a new relationship, have mastered the Kama Sutra,
or are physically challenged, the LuvSeat and other LuvFurniture products
offer an amazing assortment of sexual positions, angles and possibilities.
Our Review: This
was a device we just couldn't wait to get our hands (and
everything else) on. We first came into contact with the LuvSeat
at the Lifestyles convention in Las Vegas, where we saw some eager
(and horny) folks carrying it down our hotel hallway and into a
room. It looked intriguing enough for us to call up the owner of
the company and beg and plead for a test drive, which he granted
some weeks later.
The chair arrived
in early October and we anxiously put it together and marveled at
its construction. Frankly, it's built like a German tank - and
just as heavy! This would be our main complaint, as it turns out,
because lugging it around the house was (and still is) a chore we
still do not love. This adjustable collection of metal just cries
out for some sort of wheel assembly to lessen its load.
That said, once
we got it into our bedroom and found a suitable spot (replacing
the rocking chair), we set about the business of testing our
lovable Sherman Tank out. First,
 the
LuvSeat is composed of a system of hydraulics, which are strong
enough to lift, lower, and move with a person actually sitting
on it. This is an awesome feature, especially, we imagine, for
someone physically challenged or handicapped. The seat cushions
are comfy, though we still covet the velvet covers one can
purchase separately. Leather is sticky on the buns, after all.
While on the subject of the seats, they are similar to adjustable
weight lifting benches you can find in most gyms. The back cushion
can be raised (hydraulically with a lever) to almost 90 degrees,
and handles are attached for one to grab for extra stability.
Once we took it
for a spin, we found the manual to be invaluable for showing us
imaginative ways to make love in this versatile machine.
Missionary was great, as a simple tug on the lever raised the seat
to just the right elevation to compensate for our height
difference. Rear entry could be accomplished many different ways
and our favorite was with me standing behind Eddy, while she faced
away, one foot on the ground, one knee on the LuvSeat. The handles
were sturdy enough to take even the most voracious passions, we
can assure you.
Once finished,
the LuvSeat is easy enough to store under the bed, provided the
two of you are strong enough to lift the seat off the base. The
leather seats are very easy to clean and we have yet to put the
thing away. It just sits majestically near our window calling out
to us daily to strain the bolts. Apparently the LuvSeat can even
be outfitted with massage accessories to turn your bedroom into a
makeshift spa and there are stirrups available to further extend
its utility.
In summation, we
give the LuvSeat very high recommendation. At $895.00, this item
is on the elite end of sexual enhancement products; however, given
its quality of construction, unique hydraulic mechanisms, and wide
range of uses, we think it's a great investment that will last for
years to come.
