Synopsis: A finger-mounted vibrator (with wrist-mounted power
source) that causes the fingertip to vibrate.
Eddy Says:
Let’s face it, there are only a couple different ways you can
design a vibrator. And usually it is for internal use. So when
we came across the tantraBeam by Spartacus, it caught us off
guard.
The tantraBeam is a small multi-speed vibe that you adheres to your
wrist via an elastic Velcro strap which is then connected by a minute 4 inch
cable which connects to a 1 ½ inch nodules which straps to any finger. The
main objective is to have the vibrating nodule vibrate the finger to
stimulate anything it lays upon. It is a great concept since most people
who use vibrating toys are use to a vibration that had a high tension of a
tapping motion. The tantraBeam actually vibrates the finger where then the
wearer can create their own motion, such as a circular which is a more
natural movement.
Using the tantraBeam was quite fun, to say the least. I was able
to use it through sensory play by having Freddy blind-folded. Since he
couldn’t see what or where I was going, I could touch him all over to give
him different sensations by merely moving the vibration intensity from low
to high. By touching him behind the neck, around the nipples, and at the
base of his scrotum, I created such foreplay that I found it quite
exhilarating to be in charge of giving such pleasure.
Having the tantraBeam used on me was just as pleasurable. The use
of the multi-speed really added flair to an otherwise normal vibration. It
was nice to not have a hard man-made toy hitting my clit and having the real
deal of a warm hand vibrate at such top speeds.
Overall, the tantraBeam is quite innovative. The creation of a toy
that actually enhances your own body to pleasure oneself or others makes it
unique in its own right. In a world of modern technology, it’s nice to see
that the warmth of the human form can still beat the cold machine of plain
batteries.

Sometimes, sex toys
can get between two lovers, rather than bringing them closer together.
That's why I've always been a fan of the
Fukuoku finger tip vibe — it is small enough to use without getting in
the way, but still packs a punch.
I was excited when I saw the tantraBeam, because it allows you to use
your finger as the vibrator (something I'd been doing for years by putting a
vibe near my fingers, but how great to have it done for you!). I saw this
bad boy at the latest convention, with Freddy and Eddy in tow (look,
something different!), and they were as excited about it as I was.
Flash forward... once I got this ingenious little vibrator in (um hum,
on) my hands... I snuck one home to give it a test drive. As the token
single girl here at Freddy and Eddy, I'm tasked with giving the woman's
point of view on toys (oh, how TOUGH my job is!). I'm a power-tool user in
general (the
Magic Wand is my friend), but the tantraBeam surprised me how strong it
was for it's size.
There was something... surreal? about using a vibrating fingertip to
do the work, rather than the surface of a vibrator. Masturbation tends to be
very goal oriented (in my world), and the tantraBeam made me take a moment
to explore sensation rather than go for the gold, if you know what I mean. A
great addition to my toy box, for sure!
In summation, we think this
is one incredible product and, if the price isn't too steep for your budget,
a must have.
