Synopsis: Just like the title says, a guide to porn for
women, including picking, watching, taboos, and even a section on porn for
couples.
Our Review:
Even though we can't help but feel a little slighted
(what, no mention of Freddy and Eddy in the couples
section?), we nevertheless give this book by fave sex educator
Violet Blue
our unqualified recommendation. It's smart, fun, logical, and
packed with information EVERY female (or potential female) porn
watcher should know and understand before, during, and after
embarking on the consumption of adult video. The section for
couples at the end of the book is an added bonus that every male
should read.
The chapters are arranged
as follows:
1. What a Smart Girl
Wants - topics include "Women Get Turned on by Explicit Imagery, Period,
Why Does a Smart Girl Watch Porn? Our Fantasies are about Fucking, Not

Each of these chapters is
nicely compact, packing maximum information in a short a time as possible.
Violet's writing style is casual and a bit on the hip side, connecting with
the reader in a refreshingly UN-patronizing or condescending manner that
should surely appeal to the shyest of females, while reeling in the more
modern, urban crowd who share her enlightened sexual sensibilities. And
though we finished the entire book in just under two hours, we find
ourselves returning again and again for its surprising depth of useful
information.
In summation, we rank this
among the best works Violet Blue has produced to date and recommend it
highly. As an aside, Violet's website -
Tiny Nibbles - is
one of the web's best destinations and we suggest you visit now and often!
