Synopsis: A nice topical cream applied to the clitoris to enhance
pleasure.
Our Review: We've
tried many clitoral enhancement products with similar results, the
most common being an extra tingling sensation due to the usual
inclusion of menthol in the ingredients list. Many of them also
contain the amino acid Arginine, purported to increase blood flow
(you'll also find this ingredient in many male erection products),
resulting in increased sensations and stronger orgasms. A couple
we've tried and liked are
Pure Passion
and Liquid O, though quite frankly we've been able to
duplicate the effects of these products using ordinary toothpaste,
since most brands contain loads of menthol. The only drawback with
toothpaste is that it normally contains some sort of grit (it does
have to clean teeth, after all), which can get uncomfortable if
one uses too much. A second drawback with most clit creams is
their price, which can top 30 bucks per ounce.
Price, however,
is NOT a factor when it comes to Cleopatra's Secret Creme. Our
main hesitation came from the rather uninspired name of the
product. Who, after all, would tag a product with such a lousy
name? We can almost picture the other product lines; Napoleon's
Secret Growth Formula, Caesar's Secret Balm, or perhaps
Shakespeare's Marvelous Mixture immediately come to mind. But,
after all the joking was put aside, we simply couldn't avoid
trying something with a price tag of only $7.95. PLUS, it came in
four flavors, which differentiated Cleopatra's Secret Creme from
the rest of the pack and enticed us further.
And, after all
was humped and done, we were impressed. Each flavor produced the
desired tingling effect and the tastes of the four flavors weren't
half bad either. The jars contain a generous full ounce and we
only needed to apply the equivalent of a pea's worth to gain the
full benefit. We've still not used up a full jar and we've had the
product for well over 4 months; we love to use it for oral play,
especially, and it's also fun to add a dab in combination with a
favorite vibe like our Pocket Rocket.
In summary, it's
hard to argue with the price and we recommend Cleopatra's Secret
Creme to just about any couple looking to add a bit of extra fun
without breaking their budget.
