Our Review:
The first glass toy we ever tried was
the Dichroic Shaft, from Phallix Glass. They
describe it as the “Space age lightly raised rainbow metallic
wrapping”. When we received it it came in a sumptuous purple
velour padded pouch. Great for traveling! We
definitely wanted to try this one out. We were all hot and
horny when we gave the glass wrap a good layer of lube and started
to play. We heated it up and realized how well the glass
kept insulated. In fact, the first entry was way too HOT!
Yikes! After it cooled down a bit we tried again. I
think my expectation of how great the glass toy would be was way
too high. The inflexibility of the glass made it a bit
uncomfortable, and the wrapping around it actually felt too rough.
Although the first time wasn’t the best, we will try this one
again. I’m still looking forward to their full line of toys
and will report back on the results soon.
