Synopsis: A massive metal cock ring formed from the fusing
together of two Gear Essentials
Imperial rings.
Freddy's
Review: This rather long-winded review begins with a scenario
right out of a cop buddy movie, whereby the two mismatched
partners first hate, then love each other by the time they
discover that their differences are really blah blah blah... You
know the drill.
Anyway, the
journey of the Fury ring from concept to production began
innocently enough with a member of our message boards named
"Ketch." For days, this gentleman sent me private messages asking
for information on cock rings (especially metal ones), to which I
dutifully and thoughtfully replied each and every time. Finally,
when the day had come for him to place an order, I received a
message from Ketch informing me he'd purchased his ring DIRECTLY
FROM GEAR ESSENTIALS and that he would like to thank me for all my
help in determining which ring he purchased.
Motherfucker!!! I
just about put my fist through my monitor on that one and quickly
fired him a message basically telling him to fuck off and to never
visit our site again. The NERVE! Did it not occur to him how much
work goes into providing all this information? How much time from
my day it takes to write all these responses? And he couldn't buy
it from us and contribute a few measly dollars to our website?
Note to all of you out there reading this; if you choose to buy
something we sell somewhere else - DON'T TELL US, OK? Show some
fucking decency, for crying out loud.
Of course, some
days later I get another message from Ketch, this time explaining
how sorry he was for that bonehead move and asking if he could
come back into the message boards. After conferring with another
member (Buckshot), I decided to let him back in IF he promised to
buy his next ring from us and contribute some thoughtful posts.
And, to Ketch's credit, he not only followed through with an
order, but he has been a model citizen and contributor to our
community beyond our wildest expectations (contributing, no doubt,
to countless ring sales from people reading his posts). In fact,
it was one of his posts that led directly to Mike Murphy (one of
the owners of Gear Essentials) creating the ring we're
talking about in this review.
You see, Ketch
was interested in a ring larger than any produced thus far by Gear
and wondered out loud if putting two or more rings together might
be a pleasurable experience. If memory serves correctly, he
purchased two Imperial
rings for just this purpose and reported stellar results,
prompting other members to purchase multiple rings for the same
experiment. Admittedly, I wasn't much interested in the concept as
the massive Omega was
more than enough for me to handle, so I was a bit surprised when
Mike told me they had created just such a ring - called the Fury -
and that it was a smash hit at the International Male show in
Chicago in late spring.
Well, never one
to miss out on a good thing, I requested a Fury immediately and,
being that I AM Freddy after all, was sent one immediately.
The Fury is
basically two Imperial rings fused together, weighing about a
third more than an Omega of the same diameter, and it comes in
only a brushed finish, which is fine by me as I prefer it over the
other two (mirror and charcoal). Getting it on is a bit trickier
than the other Gear rings as there's quite a bit more width to
pull your package through. Once on, however, it is very
comfortable and the look is just incredible. Unfortunately for me,
I cannot wear it out, as its massive weight made me very
self-conscious that it would fall off and I found myself
constantly fiddling around "down there," which doesn't go over
well in most public settings. Wearing it around the house is
stimulating enough for me, thank you.
Making love with
the Fury in place proved to be a delicate procedure, as this hunk
of metal can really pound Eddy's clitoris, causing some pain, so I
had to slow things down and be as gentle as possible. In
actuality, this is a positive benefit, in my opinion. As for the
look, it's definitely Eddy's favorite and I also enjoyed the way
the weight of the Fury stretched things out a bit.
Eddy Says:
Gear Essentials came out with another great design called the
Fury. This time the people of Gear Essentials went way out of
the box and designed not one cock ring but a cock ring that had
two rings created into one. This hunk of metal really tops them
all! It is indeed a lot of metal, but the design has rounded
edges with a brushed finish.
There is a
difference between looking at this beautiful piece of art and
making love to your partner while having it on during sex. You
now have twice as much metal surrounding your partners’ member,
hence it may now hit your clit and with a much harder intensity.
I personally don’t mind the new sensation of the edge of the ring
hitting my clit as he thrusts, but we have heard that it can be
pretty painful to more sensitive people. So we recommend that you
try a different position, such as doggy style where it won’t put
too much pressure on any area of the body.
Overall, the Fury is a great addition to our Gear collection. It adds a new
dimension to the cock ring wearer.
In
summation, I must first thank Ketch for coming back around and providing his
input and experiences into our message boards. Secondly, I highly recommend
this awesome piece of metal to anyone who loves the feeling, appearance, and
erection-enhancing properties of metal cock rings. A definite must-have!
