We came across this new product by a referral of one of our long time friends of F&E’s message boards. Sex Butter was introduced to us by Bonnie Gayle, who had hit menopause at the early age of 41. Wow! What a bummer I thought. To have to go through hormone upheaval at such an early age. Well, as Bonnie explained, “Yes, what a bummer indeed!”
So, due to the dryness women usual succumb to as our bodies go through hormonal change, she created (with the help of a awesome lab person) a unique topical butter to be put on or within the vulva to enhance sexual activity. Sex Butter is 100% pure and natural, hormone-free, paraben-free, and synthetic-free. The butter is made up of 5 organic oils; coconut, shea, jojoba, grape seed and cocoa, whil also having a proprietary blend of herbs. The special container is specific as it keeps out any light so not to breakdown the various oils from their natural state.
I first applied a small amount onto the outside of my labia, where I find that I am dryer than usual as I normally shave daily. The aroma of the Sex Butter is quite inviting as it smells like chocolate mint and knowing that the smells are authentic from the natural oils rather than something synthetic makes it even more yummy . A little of the salve goes a long way with all those luscious oils. I had read on some of the various blogs about other women using it internally to heal from within the vulva and thought how it would conceivably be very comforting to the body as I have rubbed in on my pelvic area and then on my hands. It makes the skin very supple to the touch. I’ve used it to also to give a hand job to Freddy and it is a nice change up to using wet lubricant. It’s slickness adds to a lot of fun without being messy. It was also nice to be able to go from a hand job to oral sex. The slight hint of the mint made oral sex more of a food frenzy!
I also had a few of my friends try it out and one still preferred lubricant while the other enjoyed the option of having a new way to add moisture to our bodies without the intrusiveness of being too wet with the use of normal lubes, or having to take something internally for the dryness.
