Synopsis: A wonderful new dildo from the folks at Vibratex.
Our Review:
The Silky is the one of the latest and
greatest from Vibratex that Wild in Secret has to offer. It is a
realistic looking
dildo that is made with their “Softwear Skin” material. The
addition of its raised veins and a nice girth adds to the toy’s
effectiveness. Let's just say it's VERY fulfulling.
The unique thing about the Silky is that this 7” dildo can be bent
to any angle
and used in a harness. A metal spine of some sort is buried deep
within its construction that allows it to hold its shape, no
matter which way you bend it. The skin is very realistic, where
when you first touch it, it is soft to the touch, pliable to the
slightest pressure, yet it replicates the firmness of a real
hard-on. This “softwear skin” surrounds a firm spine and base.
This allows the dildo to sit securely in a harness and maintain
its angle
during use.
When I first opened the Silky, the “softwear skin” was the first
thing I noticed. It felt wonderful to hold, yet
when you first look at it, it looks like there is a film of white powder
covering
it. This revolutionary material just has the look of a powdery substance,
but it is just the finish of the material and does not affect the Silky's
wonderful feel.
So, the first test run was to use it as a hand-held dildo since I
really haven’t had a chance to use a harness. Freddy, hasn’t quite bought
into the strap-on scene yet, so it was up to me to test drive the Silky
solo. The large base, which is meant to assist in holding
the toy in place within a harness is quite useful to hold onto while having
solo play. The ability to move it into different angles was quite nice and
effective. The second test run was to use it in the shower. Now this is
where it
got fun! With the large
base, it was great to stick it down onto the wet flooring
of the bathtub (like a suction cup) and then squat down onto my knees or sit
down onto it. It was the most fun I’ve had with a toy in the shower! The
use of the weighted spine and base made this a very useful toy.
Unfortunately, it wouldn’t stick to the wall of the shower, due to the very
same reason. I suppose it saved me on the water bill!
Once we tried it together, Freddy really
enjoyed seeing me with something larger to play with and he used it on me
while pleasuring himself to great effect. I then gave him a show to remember
and I doubt he'll forget this toy anytime soon!
Overall, I thought
if I had this much fun with the Silky without a harness, think of all the
fun you could have with it!
