Paying by Credit Card

Freddy and Eddy accepts MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa for payment of all purchases. (This includes ATM and debit/check cards that carry the MasterCard or Visa logo.) Charges will appear on your bank card statement as "F&E" We will not charge your card until your order ships.

To protect ourselves and legitimate card holders, we require every order paid by bank card to include a verifiable bank card billing address. (We can ship your order to a different address, although there may be some restrictions on orders shipped to a person other than the card holder.) Also note that we generally cannot accept cards that were issued outside the United States, since foreign banks do not participate in the electronic Address Verification System.

We reserve the right to reconfirm or to refuse any order which seems suspicious or which we feel presents a risk of fraud. If we need to reconfirm and we are unable to reach you at your e-mail address or telephone number, your order may be delayed. For that reason, please make sure the information you provide us is correct and complete. If we telephone and are unable to speak to you personally, any message we leave will be discreet.

All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. For our complete Privacy Statement, click the Legal Notices section further down this page. For security reasons, we do not keep card information on file in your Member Account (see below), so you will have to provide your card number each time you order from us.

 
Paying by Money Order

Freddy and Eddy also accepts payment by money order or cashier's check, so long as the payment is drawn on a U.S. bank or the U.S. Postal Service. We can also accept International Money Orders in U.S. funds. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.

Make your money order or cashier's check payable to "Freddy and Eddy". Please write your name and order number clearly on your payment, then mail or courier it to the payment address we provide you during checkout. If for any reason you need the payment address repeated, contact customerservice@freddyandeddy.com for assistance. If you e-mail us, please include your order number in your message.

Orders paid by money order or cashier's check cannot be processed until we receive your payment. The total cost of your order is guaranteed for 14 days from the date you place it. If your payment arrives after that time, the prices, shipping charges, and/or sales tax we quoted you are subject to increase. If your payment is insufficient to cover your total order amount, we will contact you for further instructions.

Also, please note that payments by money order or cashier's check require additional time for processing. For U.S. Postal Money Orders (available at any U.S. Post Office), processing generally adds 1 business day to your order (see below). For other money orders or for cashier's checks, processing generally adds 3 business days. We cannot issue refunds for orders paid by money order or cashier's check; any returns (see below for return requirements) will be for "store credit" only.

Shipping Methods & Charges

 

All orders are shipped in discreet, UPS or US Priority or plain packages. We never advertise on the package. If you would like special packaging (gift wrap, etc.) please write it on the order form, and you may be notified of additional charges.

KNOW THE LAW! It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult merchandise. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country. If you place an order and take a chance ... it is at YOUR own risk.

Backorders & Partial Shipments

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, an item not specifically marked "b/o" (see above) becomes unexpectedly backordered due to demand or other factors beyond our control. If that happens with an item in your order, we will notify you by e-mail and ship the remaining items as scheduled. Your credit card will only be charged for items actually shipped.

Any unexpectedly backordered item will ship separately when it becomes available, via mail or ground shipping. Your credit card will only be charged for that item when it actually ships. You may change or cancel any backordered item prior to shipment by e-mailing customerservice@freddyateddy.com. For complete information, see Changes & Cancellations below.

Depending on the weight and value of the items that are backordered, the shipping charges for a partial shipment may differ from the amount shown during checkout. However, the total shipping charges for all partial shipments will not exceed the original quoted amount.

 
Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive items which have been damaged in shipping, please contact us at
customerservice@freddyateddy.com for instructions. Include your order number, the date and time of delivery, and the condition of the package and of all items inside.

Keep the package and all packing materials in the same condition as when they arrived. If necessary, we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange to send replacement items to you. In some cases, the carrier may have to contact you directly to assess the damage.

If a package fails to arrive at all, please let us know at customerservice@freddyandeddy.com. Include your order number in your message. If your order is actually lost in transit and does not arrive after a reasonable time, we will file any necessary claim with the carrier and arrange to send replacement items to you.

Keep in mind that there is no way of tracking a Priority Mail or Air Mail package in transit, and delivery may take 10 days or longer from the date a package is shipped. The U.S. Postal Service does not consider a package "officially" lost until 30 days have passed. For FedEx shipments, you can check the status of the package yourself. Go to www.fedex.com and enter the tracking number we e-mailed you when your package shipped.

 
Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may e-mail your request to
freddy@freddyandeddy.com. Please include your order number.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we are unable to change or cancel orders which have actually shipped. Note that your order may ship faster than we estimated. Even backordered items sometimes suddenly become available and ship sooner than expected.

 
Returns & Refunds
-- Return Authorization (RA) Required
We at Freddy and Eddy want you to be happy with every item you purchase here. However, we are unable to accept returns of any item where the package has been opened or damaged or the item has been used, unless that item is defective. This is due both to government health regulations and to the fact that an opened package cannot be resold.

Before you send any item back, you will need to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Please e-mail your request for an RA to customerservice@freddyateddy.com. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and also the reason you wish to return it. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Defective Returns
(This section only applies to products that have not been opened. All original packaging and seals must be undamaged and intact.)

We must receive your request for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of the date the item was originally shipped (or within 15 days of the date it was delivered, whichever is later). Wait to receive your RA number from us, and make sure the RA number appears plainly on your return shipping label. You will have to pay for return shipping, and we must receive the return within 15 days of issuing the RA. We recommend that you insure the shipment for its full value, in case something happens to it during transit.

For all non-defective returns, we can refund the price of the item (less shipping charges), or we can apply the purchase price towards a different item. Specify your choice in your RA request. New shipping charges will apply for any new items we ship you.

Note that we cannot issue a refund or send a different item until we actually receive your return. If you wish to get a different item sooner, you can place a new order for the item and request a refund for the one you are returning.

Defective Returns
(This section only applies to products that are found to be defective after you open them.)

We must receive your request for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of the date the item was originally shipped (or within 15 days of the date it was delivered, whichever is later). Wait to receive your RA number from us, and make sure the RA number appears plainly on your return shipping label. You will have to pay for return shipping, and we must receive the return within 15 days of issuing the RA. Be sure to include all packaging, warranty cards, and other materials that came with the item. We recommend that you insure the shipment for its full value, in case something happens to it during transit.

For a defective item, we can send you an identical replacement (shipped at our expense via United States Mail), or we can apply the purchase price towards a different item. Specify your choice in your RA request. New shipping charges will generally apply if you choose to get a different item.

Note that we cannot send any replacement items until we actually receive your return. Also note that we cannot issue a refund for a defective return. Once the original packaging has been opened, you can only exchange a defective item for other merchandise.

Special Note for Condoms: Even the best quality condoms can and do occasionally fail during ordinary use. Unless the problem is specifically due to a visible defect and affects 2 or more condoms in the same box, we are unable to accept returns of opened condom boxes.

 
Special Orders

We list a wide variety of popular items on our website, but Freddy and Eddy can also special order many other adult products from most of the industry's major manufacturers. We are happy to research, quote a price for, and accept your special orders, subject to a few special restrictions:

 
1.   Deposit. Special orders paid by credit card may be subject to a refundable deposit of up to 50% of the purchase price. (Not all special orders require this. Before we accept your order, we will tell you if a deposit is needed.) The remaining balance will be charged to your card when your order ships.
 
2.   Cancellation. Once you finalize a special order, if you later cancel it, or if the order cannot be completed due to your credit card being declined, we reserve the right to recover our expenses by charging a "Cancellation Fee" of up to 15% of the purchase price. If we required a deposit on your order, this means that a portion of your deposit may not be refunded.
 
3.   Returns. Once shipped, special order items may only be returned if they are defective. If you're not sure that an item we've quoted is the exact one you want, please ask for more information! We'll gladly provide pictures, manufacturer's part numbers, or other details whenever possible.
 
 
5.   Shipping. Special order items generally ship within 10 business days (often less), subject to availability. All our quoted order totals will assume the least expensive available shipping method, unless you request otherwise.
 
6.   Combined Orders. If you'd like to order something from our regular online catalog in addition to your special order, we'll be happy to combine everything in one shipment to reduce your shipping charges. All items will ship together once your special order item becomes available, and only the special order portion of your purchase will be subject to restrictions 1 through 5 above.

If you would like us to research a special order item for you, please send your request to customerservice@freddyandeddy.com. To help us serve you better, please include as much information about the product as possible, including the full product name, a description of its unique features, the manufacturer, and product or part numbers. If you have a picture, or a link to somewhere online that offers the same or a similar product, that information may also help us find just what you're looking for.

 
Sales Tax

All orders shipped to a California address will include 7.75% state sales tax in the total. Shipments to other states or to Canada are not subject to California sales tax. Please note that shipments to destinations outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which must be paid by the recipient.

We firmly believe that adults should have open access to erotic products and sexually explicit materials, if they choose to buy them. An adult should be able to enjoy his or her own body, and to purchase items he or she chooses for that purpose. In an age of incurable sexually transmitted diseases, we even feel that it's socially responsible to provide the kinds of items we do. Minors (Under 18 or 21)

With that in mind, our site is voluntarily listed with Internet content-censoring services such as NetNanny and CyberWatch. Restricted Jurisdictions

In some jurisdictions, even adult citizens aren't allowed to make decisions about adult materials for themselves. A product that most people would merely call "sexually explicit" these jurisdictions call "obscene," or they ban the product outright. While we may disagree with these values, we try to respect the fact that there are differing community standards of decency. It is for that reason that we require a Visitor Agreement before we can allow you access to certain kinds of products.

Note to International visitors: We are presently unable to accept orders for delivery outside the United States and Canada (except for Military Mail to U.S. servicemembers at permitted APO and FPO addresses). 5.   Discretion. All shipments we send to you will be in plain, discreet packaging and return-addressed simply to "F&E" Charges will appear on your bank card statement only as "F&E." If we have to telephone you regarding an order and we are unable to reach you personally, any message we leave will be discreet. (Please note that shipments going outside the United States will have a Customs Declaration attached to the outside, as required by law. We will be as discreet as possible when describing the contents of your package, but we cannot omit the description.)

Errors, Omissions, & Changes

We work very hard to make sure that all product descriptions, photos, prices, and other information at Freddy and Eddy are accurate, complete, and up to date. However, in the event we make an error that materially affects your purchase, our liability shall be limited to a full and prompt refund for unopened and unused items in your order which you return to us, shipping prepaid.

All listed product dimensions are approximate, and the actual product you receive may not match our measurements exactly. All product colors are described or depicted as accurately as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely and the actual color of an item may not exactly match what you see on screen. In particular, the color of an item may be somewhat lighter or darker than what is shown.

We reserve the right to make corrections or other changes to our web site, policies, prices, and product offerings at any time without notice. If you find an error or omission in our web site, we would appreciate hearing about it at webmaster@Freddy and Eddy.

 
Age of Models

Any model depicted in any book, magazine, video, product packaging, or other material at Freddy and Eddy is at least 18 years of age.
