Synopsis: A
post-marriage blog following the exploits of the male.
Our Review:
Although I am against the idea of adultery, this blog is a
beautiful example of what it takes for some men to pursue it, even
those who are also morally against it.
In order to get a full understanding of this fascinating story, it
is necessary to start at the beginning of this man’s blog. He
graciously treats us to an explanation of what happened before the
blog was started and also a rundown of the cast of characters.
It’s very handy, especially down the road where more people come
into play for whatever reason.
There are no pictures here, no galleries of illicit sex, but once
you get into reading Moving On, you don’t notice the lack thereof.
It pulls you in like a great movie or book, drawing out empathies
and making you want to scream at the computer screen when a
climactic event happens to turn fate one way or another.
The menu on the right side of the page lets you choose to flip
through the archives of the entire blog, which was started on July
11th, 2003. You can also see at a glance some of his better
entries that really give the reader a window to the soul of Moving
On.
The veritable plethora of links also available on his menu can
appeal to a wide variety of readers. Each will draw a different
personality, but in order to see which personality you are for any
given link, you’ll have to click. There is no synopsis with each
title.
Reading this blog can do many things for a person. It can help
someone who has been struggling with feeling unloved for too many
years. It can shock someone who has been unloving for too many
years into understanding their folly. I can ease someone’s soul
when they read it and realize their marriage truly isn’t as bad as
they thought. It can torture other souls.
But it is worth reading, and maybe following into the future.
Moving On isn’t a site to visit when you’re simply looking for
stuff to make you horny. It’s not completely sexually oriented. It
is, however, chock full of absolutely relevant posts for couples
or those recovering from a broken relationship. I can’t recommend
this site enough.
