I was very satisfied with this DVD. I felt it was very well done. I liked the fact that there were some ladies with the instructor that were not size 2's!! All shapes and sizes. I really liked the way she teaches you to love yourself just the way you are, give yourself positive self talk. The moves she shows are very easy to do whatever your fitness level, she gives modification tips too. I was impressed that after all the instruction you are able to watch a young lady do a routine for her partner all the way to love making and orgasim, not in an offensive way at all. I highly recommend it.
