About Freddy and Eddy

Welcome to Freddy and Eddy. We are a real-life couple, married for many years, who review, sell, and recommend sex products of all types through our couples-centric website and we hope you will consider purchasing from us when the need for a sexy spark arises in your relationship.

We began this odyssey because we disliked most of the so-called "adult" sites and stores we viewed while looking for content to spice up our own sex lives -- content suitable for a couple in a long term, monogamous relationship. Most adult websites catered to either strictly male or female points of view and just didn't seem to have much benefit, at least for us. We wanted a place where we could get good, unbiased information on how to choose, use, and buy good-quality sex toys and enhancements. To that end, we only recommend and sell products that WE actually LIKE and USE. All of our products have survived the test of time and repeated usage, which means you can be confident that anything you purchase from us will be a wise one. In other words, we don't sell junk just for the sake of making a few extra bucks and so you'll find far fewer choices among our product offerings.

You can also be sure that we'll personally oversee the fulfillment of your order and make sure it's shipped promptly and packaged discreetly. We ship Monday through Friday, using USPS Priority and Express Mail for US shipments, and Global Priority Mail for foreign shipments.

International Orders: Please pick the USPS service that is appropriate for your country, or we may have to contact you regarding additional shipping charges. ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, due to a multitude of different customs restrictions and other factors beyond our control and beyond that of the United States Postal Service!

Our deadline to get Express Mail to the post office is 3 p.m. Monday through Friday (Pacific Time), so keep that in mind if you are ordering Express Mail on a Saturday... it won't go out till Monday.

Your Privacy Assured

All orders are packaged with complete discretion and shipped with no indications of what reside inside. As for all personal information pertaining to your order(s), we do not sell, give away, or share ANY of your information with ANYONE. Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered, you will not be contacted by anyone from Freddy and Eddy ever UNLESS you e-mail first and specifically request a response.


Freddy and Eddy Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order is placed, you may not cancel for any reason. Please note, due to sanitation reasons, we DO NOT TAKE BACK MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND FOR ANY REASON!!! This includes unopened packages. Our return policy is to replace any defective items up to 12 MONTHS from the date of your purchase. In such cases, we will pay all shipping costs associated with replacing the defective item in BOTH directions. If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, our service, or feel the product simply did not measure up to your expectations, please contact us immediately and we will try to offer alternatives to make you happy.
