Synopsis: A film detailing the relationship between two porn
stars, along with a lengthy scene of the couple making love.
Our Review: We
must admit that any questions we'd wanted had concerning the real
lives of porn stars were answered on a porn shoot many months ago,
so we approached this film with a "been there, done that"
attitude. After all, we didn't find our experiences with four of
the top performers enlightening or even remotely informative, so
what, we wondered, could these two possibly offer that we hadn't
seen.
 The answer is
plenty. This is the first release from a company called Comstock
Films, who are trying very hard to produce works that have more to
offer than the garden variety cum shots and fake breasts filling
99% of adult films today. With this first effort, they may not
have made "Citizen Kane," but they certainly have made a nice
little diversion of loving sex and depth.
This film itself
starts with an interview with Marie (who goes by the name Aria)
and her husband Jack, who detail what it's like to maintain their
relationship despite the obvious problems of being in porn (and
being with other people, sexually). After the interviews are
finished, the film shows an extended love scene between the two.
The sex between them is unscripted and very tender, making this
title appropriate for even the most hesitant porn newcomer.
One of our
favorite aspects of this DVD is the ability to switch angles
seamlessly between moments of delicate kissing and scenes of hot
sex. Our only complaint would be that there's only one love scene
and we wish there was more behind-the-scenes footage and
information.
