Synopsis: A group of four female bounty hunters track down the bad guys.

Freddy and Eddy Say: First, this movie is good. Darn good. From it's production values (including being shot on 16mm film) to its plot and acting to its enormous amount of torrid sex scenes, "Manhunters" is one of Wicked Pictures most ambitious and complete releases to date. We're even willing to give the edge to Wicked over their rivals Vivid and Digital Playground in the couples-oriented adult video market, with "Manhunters" equaling Digital Playground's big budget "Pirates" for sheer quality and value. Following on the heels of releases such as "The Visitors, Space Nuts, Curse Eternal," and "Fuck," Wicked may have taken an insurmountable lead in this growing segment of the adult market and we couldn't be happier to see others play catch up.

As for the movie itself, a quick look at the DVD extras shows that extraordinary care was taken to address the premise' believability - that is that four hot porn stars could possibly be bounty hunters - including shooting lessons, ride-alongs with REAL bounty hunters, as well as learning how to play basketball for one of the film's key scenes. Most everyone manages to display decent acting skills, and even the music matches the scenery, switching alternately from brooding to romantic and back without missing a beat.

"Manhunters" opens with a surprisingly hot scene between Luscious Lopez and Marcus Leon. Those who don't like anal sex would be wise to hit the next scene button as the action gets pretty fast and furious in little to no time. Both participants have great chemistry and the real curves of Lopez (and her non-silicone enhanced body) is a refreshing change from the skeletal babes with giant boobs so prevalent in porn today. In fact, aside from one or two of the performers in the film, "Manhunters" is surprisingly devoid of awful boob jobs and collagen lips. As scene on ends with Leon's climax, our four gorgeous bounty hunters barge in to arrest him, setting the tone for what will happen the rest of the way through.

And so it goes, sex scene/arrest, sex scene/arrest, until all the bad guys are caught, with a couple of diversions in-between featuring our bounty gals having a bit of their own fun. Especially hot are hookups between blond cutie Kirsten Price and Chris Cannon, all four bounty hunters getting it on in a dream sequence, and a nicely drawn out encounter between Tommy Gunn and Exotica, who settle a basketball wager in the only way a porn flick will allow.

In summary, we enjoyed the heck out of "Manhunters" and applaud Wicked Pictures for the obvious care that went into its production. The packaging is top notch and the three extra discs contain enough extra footage, deleted scenes, trailers, and whatnot to keep us occupied well beyond the end of the movie itself. Kudos to Wicked and we highly recommend this title for all couples.
