Synopsis:
A small town is invaded by
aliens, who abduct hot girls.
Freddy and Eddy Say: With the release of "Pirates,"
from Digital Playground last year, porn seemed to signal a new willingness
to both spend more money producing adult features, while upgrading the
production values, plot, and acting capabilities of certain titles, aimed at
appealing to a wider market than the "strokers" who for the most part
consume adult titles. "The Visitors," from Wicked, actually manages to up
the ante further, and if not for an abrupt ending, might've succeeded in
ascending to the mantle of best adult title ever made.
For this title not only
contains a host of hot sex scenes, appropriate situations, and fairly good
acting, but it also manages to leave us wanting more and wishing it were
actually longer. No small feat considering we normally hit the fast-forward
button on our remote 90% of the time before 30 seconds has elapsed in any
given scene. This Wicked title delivers the goods and we can't think of many
couples who would find fault with the goings-on contained in its
approximately 100 minute length.
The film begins with Kirsten
Price and Barrett Blade parked in a secluded spot, making love in the back
of a pickup truck, before progressing to a group of friends on a camping
trip, finally climaxing with a main character and her husband having sex
before springing the surprise ending (which disappointed us greatly, but we
won't spoil it). What stands out amidst all the sexual adventures is the
appropriateness of the sexual situations; that is, we found each
interlude logical (the back of a pickup, for example, is something we have
actually done). With this dilemma solved, we could then focus on the
reality of the sex, which we found quite believable and, well, pretty
hot. It took us three sittings to get through the whole thing - which speaks
to how well it worked to get us turned on - and the cast was attractive and
not overly porno (if fact, we can't think of any silicone in the
bunch). The direction of sure-handed Michael Raven is paced just right and
he manages to squeeze some actual talent from his cast - especially Kimberly
Kane, who could certainly pass for a real actress if she chose to keep her
clothes on.
In summation, we applaud
Wicked Pictures for trusting enough in the adult audience to deliver an
entertaining, sexually fulfilling bit of escapism. We can't wait to see
what's next (a part two, perhaps?).

Just when we thought that all
of the media frenzy over Pirates from last year might have to carry us
through summer, we get this event from Wicked. They have been building this
one up for a while and hit us with an impressive bit of pre-hype. With great
packaging, a hot disc of DVD extras and the kind of high expectations that
come along a couple times a year, “The Visitors” should be a hit. The cast
is filled with the kind of pretty girls who make a feature worth watching.
Keri Sable is/was one of the hottest girls on that side of the porn aisle.
Kirsten Price and Avena Lee are also stroke-fantasies waiting to happen.
Kimberly Kane has been brought in to join the contract girls as co-lead on
this one. She can handle dialog and bring some good sexual heat to the table
as well. Who are “The Visitors”? I guess that’s what we’re going to find
out.

Of course all is not what it seems to be and Raven takes us on a ten minute
journey when the sex is finished. The abduction stuff is interesting and I
honestly feel like there is the core here for a really good X-rated horror
flick. It just seems like there isn’t quite enough here to make it work on
that level. We have to accept a certain sexual level in big features. It is
rare for feature-sex to be as intense as the stuff we get in gonzo. What we
hope is that the eye candy will help make up for that. All of the scenes in
this movie feature attractive women and lighting that is beautiful. It isn’t
particularly conducive to stroking, which is still occasionally considered
to be the point of porn, but it is still beautifully done. Keri, Kimberly,
Kirsten and Avena all look great and even with the dim lighting, longer
scenes would have made for a hotter flick. I think what impressed me the
most about this movie is the way it was put together. Of course that also
leads me to my biggest disappointment. Michael Raven is a highly skilled
film maker and creates some incredibly tense moments during this movie. The
camerawork is solid and the editing is very lick. Because I’m a sucker for
good film making and really love well done features, I fell for The Visitors
based on these strengths. Because of the strong sense of suspense created
and a rather interesting story, I found myself wanting more. Raven bunches
his sex scenes together and that part is fine, but I really felt like there
was more he could have done with his movie. It is quite rare for me to
calling for a longer movie, but I think that another hour or so with more
story, suspense and a few more sex scenes from the cute girls in the cast
would have done a lot of good.
