No explanation
for our odd attraction to this title. Maybe we've just seen
too many plot-oriented titles and needed a change. |

It stands to reason that, after
viewing adult videos numbering in the hundreds, we can only take so many
reconstituted plots, cliché dialogue, familiar performers, and fake body
parts. And though we love to trumpet our "standards" for viewing adult fare,
we unashamedly admit to occasionally journeying into the genre of
straight-to-the-action-no-holds-barred PORN. The Barely Legal series, by
Hustler, exemplify this phenomenon perfectly. And though they now seem tame
compared to some of the edgier titles being released, they are about as
close to the porn limit as we can get.
In particular,
number 10 in this series (for no explainable reason) really put
our libidos into overdrive. Could it be the cheesy introductions
(letters read by each girl preceding their scenes)? The obligatory
urination before engaging in sex? The mostly downright ugly male
performers? Puzzling questions that we just can't answer, yet we
still sit through each scene loving every minute. Maybe it's the
whole "wrongness" factor kicking in, like so many erotic stories
we've been reading of late. Eddy always says, "Ewwww," but when I
offer to play something else, she strangely insists I leave the
DVD right where it is and hit the play button.
Anyway, the movie
opens with a young girl showing up in a wood shop for a job,
seducing the male foreman, followed by a vacationing blonde
hooking up with a "dirty old man" in the desert. The third and
definitely best episode involves two young hotties discovering
their father's porn collection - and each other in the process -
in their parent's game room. If you're still engaged after that,
look for a young Monica Mayhem putting the "wood" in Hollywood on
a television shoot, with the final scene a robbery
seduction. Pretty standard stuff, but oddly titillating.
